This podcast came at a timely moment! Just yesterday I was reflecting on the origins of my difficulties with social anxiety and what I can do to thrive in spite of it!

Thank you Scott for your dedication on this podcast and connecting with all of the experts interviewed, it is very meaningful to me especially during these serendipitous occurrences!

Enjoyed this episode a lot! Will definitely read the “How To Be Yourself” book, but also look deeper into the work of Karen Horney. After listening to your podcast, I always leave with unexpected insides and motivation to research the topic much deeper.
Thank you Barry for this amazing podcast!

Hey Dana, you should also check out Dr. Hendrickson’s podcast, The Savvy Psychologist – her episodes usually contain practical tips and are pretty quick listens. She actually is quite savvy and the practical advice seems like it would be really helpful, particularly for people who suffer with anxiety.

Hi SBK! You’re still my favourite.

Hi! I really enjoyed this episode, thanks for all the amazing work you do.
I’d love to know the title of the Australian study that looked at women with social anxiety that Dr. Hendriksen mentioned. I’ve searched so many databases and can’t seem to find it! I’d love to be able to cite it!
